Exit Strategy: Notarization Day

Last month, the Iron Rail hosted Wake and Emergency Legal Responders for an event we called Exit Strategy, about advance care planning to ensure agency and access in times of incapacity and at the end of life.

On Saturday, May 31st, we're following up with Notarization Day. For those that attended the event on April 23rd, now that you have had some time to discuss with your loved ones, authenticating your advance directives with a Notary is an essential next step! It makes your documents more valid in the eyes of the state and whoever else may want to dictate what happens after you die.
