For most of human history, deathcare was community care.
The work is sacred, but not special. We all can do it. All you need is some basic information, and a willing heart.
If you would like to be able to make a difference in your community, helping to support dying people and their caregivers, Wake’s Community Deathcare Provider (CDP) Training can help you feel confident and competent to offer non-medical supportive care to family and community members through the dying process.
